Express Shipping (Australia Only) - You may elect to chose express delivery at an additional cost. These orders will be sent with Australia Post's Express Service and take 1-2 business days to arrive after dispatch. Please note: All delivery times provided here are based on the estimated times provided by Australia Post and are subject to their processing, which can vary, especially during public holidays and holiday periods. Delivery between 10 - 20 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, this is an estimate off the Australia Post website. No tracking available. Delivery between 7-14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries, this is an estimate off the Australia Post website. Fully trackable. International Express Rate is depending on location and charged by Post Office app linked on our website. Delivery between 5-12 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries. Please use Australia Post website for a more accurate time length for your country). Fully trackable. Signature required. All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation, along with tracking details (unless Economy Air has been selected). Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

Orders outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Project Hiu is not responsible for any additional charges, as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import.
